Elmo was founded in Estonia, a tech-savvy nation with a reputation for producing billion-dollar tech companies. With a population of just 1.3 million, we knew we had to maximize our resources to develop scalable and efficient mobility solutions. That’s why we built our own teledriving technology — enabling vehicles to be moved remotely and delivered exactly where they’re needed.
Over time, the technology proved itself in real traffic, through actual users and daily operations. What started as an in-house solution has evolved into a road-legal platform actively used in shared mobility, logistics, and road safety.
Today, Elmo continues to build future-ready mobility infrastructure based on resource efficiency, sustainability, and operational experience. As part of a green technology group, we are also connected to PAKRI Smart Industrial City — a hub for clean energy innovation that reflects our long-term commitment to responsible technology.
